The Shiner JV got their 1st home court win of the young season on Friday night with a win over rival Switzerland County 46-31. The Shiners trailed 3-0 to start the game but went on a 10-0 run to close out the quarter and never trailed in the game again. The young Shiners played well for most of the game and have squared their record on the season at 2-2. Kolten Smith led the Shiners with 11 points and controlled the glass for most of the game. Chiris Bowne also had 11 for the Shiners in only 2 quarters of action. Landon Cole had 7 in 1 quarter of play and Jordan Parsons had 6 knocking down 2 big 3’s. The Shiners return to action with 2 games next weekend with a home game against New Washington on Friday December 14th and a road game against Oldenburg on December 15th. The action begins both nights at 6pm.
